LEGAL
These terms govern your use of the Bridge Cap Finance website and your engagement of our corporate funding advisory services. Please read them carefully before submitting any documents or instructing us.
By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, sharing company or financial documents, or otherwise engaging Bridge Cap Finance ("Bridge Cap Finance", "we", "us", "our"), you ("client", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of this website and do not share any information with us.
These terms apply to all visitors, prospective clients, and clients who interact with us through this website, phone, email, or in person, in connection with Working Capital Term Loans, Supply Chain Funding, Private Bridge Unsecured Lending, Debt Consolidation, IPO Anchor / Pre-IPO Lending, NPA/OTS Funding and any related structured funding solutions we advise on.
Bridge Cap Finance is a corporate funding and structured finance advisory. We arrange, structure, and coordinate funding proposals across NBFCs, Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), private High Net-worth Individual (HNI) lenders, and other institutional or private capital sources, on behalf of eligible Private Limited and Limited companies.
We do not ourselves lend, disburse, or guarantee any funds. All credit decisions, sanction, disbursement, pricing, and documentation are made independently by the concerned NBFC, AIF, bank, or private lender ("Lender"), based on their own credit policy and due diligence.
Our role is limited to preliminary assessment, structuring, lender identification, coordination of documentation, and facilitation of discussions between you and prospective Lenders. Nothing on this website or in any communication from us constitutes a loan offer, a commitment to lend, investment advice, or a solicitation to invest.
Submission of documents, engagement of our advisory services, or payment of any fee does not guarantee that funding will be sanctioned, that a term sheet will be issued, or that disbursement will occur. Approval remains entirely at the discretion of the relevant Lender and is subject to their internal credit appraisal, eligibility criteria (including but not limited to PAT thresholds, CMR ratings, director CIBIL scores, and security/margin requirements), and regulatory requirements.
Indicative figures shown on this website — including funding limits, rate of interest ranges, tenure, turnaround time (TAT), and eligibility criteria — are illustrative and subject to change without notice based on market conditions and Lender policy. They do not constitute a binding quotation.
Our Working Capital Term Loan and related structured funding advisory is currently offered to Private Limited and Limited companies only. To initiate credit appraisal, lender evaluation, due diligence, and the sanction process, you agree to provide accurate and complete documentation as reasonably requested, which may include company profile, audited and provisional financial statements, Bank Obligation Sheet, existing sanction letters, credit rating reports, debtor/creditor reports, repayment ageing reports, and sales ledgers.
We reserve the right to decline, pause, or discontinue advisory assistance at any stage if documentation is incomplete, inconsistent, or if the proposal does not meet the preliminary eligibility parameters of our lender network.
Our advisory fee is success-based, currently set at 3% of the sanctioned/disbursed funding amount, and is strictly non-negotiable unless otherwise agreed in writing. No upfront advisory charges are levied for preliminary assessment. Separate processing fees, insurance charges, and other costs levied directly by the Lender (for example, indicative processing fee of 1% and insurance of 0.75%) are payable to the Lender and are distinct from our advisory fee.
A term sheet is shared with you only after evaluation of your company's financial position and repayment capacity by the prospective Lender. All fee terms specific to your transaction will be confirmed in a separate written engagement communication before any commercial structuring is finalised.
Any NBFC, AIF, bank, or private lender we introduce you to operates independently of Bridge Cap Finance and is solely responsible for its own credit terms, documentation, disbursement schedule, and post-disbursement servicing. We are not a party to, and accept no liability arising from, the loan agreement or investment agreement executed between you and any such Lender. Disputes relating to sanctioned facilities must be addressed directly with the concerned Lender.
We treat company and financial information shared with us as confidential and use it solely for the purpose of credit appraisal, lender evaluation, and structuring your funding proposal. Information may be shared with prospective Lenders, their credit teams, rating agencies, and professional advisors strictly on a need-to-know basis to progress your proposal. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further detail on how information is collected, used, and protected.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bridge Cap Finance, its directors, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from: (a) reliance on indicative information published on this website; (b) delay, rejection, or modification of terms by any Lender; (c) actions or omissions of any third-party Lender, rating agency, or professional advisor; or (d) any interruption, error, or unavailability of this website. Our total aggregate liability, where liability is established, shall not exceed the advisory fees actually received by us in respect of the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Bridge Cap Finance harmless against any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising out of inaccurate or misleading information provided by you, your breach of these terms, or your misuse of any funding facility arranged through our advisory services.
By sharing your contact details with us, you consent to being contacted by phone, email, or WhatsApp regarding your funding enquiry and related advisory updates. You may withdraw this consent at any time by writing to badvisor26@gmail.com, though this may affect our ability to progress an ongoing proposal.
We may suspend or discontinue advisory assistance at our discretion, including where documentation is inadequate, where a proposal falls outside our lender network's eligibility criteria, or where continuing would breach applicable law or regulation. You may discontinue engagement with us at any time by written notice; fees already earned on funding sanctioned or disbursed prior to such notice remain payable.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any applicable arbitration clause agreed separately in writing, the courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your engagement of our services.
We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, lender network, or applicable regulation. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
